HOW DO I PURCHASE ITEMS ONLINE? 2017-11-07T02:08:20+00:00

Browse the site and once you have an idea of what you would like add the items to cart by selecting ‘add to cart’. After you have finished your selection, click on shopping cart and you will be taken to checkout whereby you can select your preferred payment method and fill out a few details that we need to satisfy the order. You will be passed to a secure online payment authorisation service that will process your card details and obtain payment from your card provider. Your order will be based upon our product prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO BE DELIVERED? 2017-11-07T02:08:28+00:00

We will endeavour to get the your products to you as quickly as possible. We use royal mail, DHL, parcel force, city link and pallet ways to offer you the most comprehensive and fastest delivery possible. Generally all items are available for delivery from 1-7 days. If you have a preferred delivery time please let us know when you place your order. All orders however are subject to stock and availability. When you have received your order you will need to check it on the day of delivery as no discrepancies will be reconciled after the day they were delivered. Someone must be available to check that your order has arrived in good condition and sign the carrier’s delivery note. Please do not sign for or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Any items which cannot be delivered through fault of the customer (customer not present at time of delivery and fails to collect from local depot) will be returned to us and the 30% restocking fee will be charged plus the cost of delivery and return delivery.

No. Not printing a brochure saves on overheads so that we can offer you even better prices. We can occasionally offer customers manufacturer brochures, email to request. All products can be found on this website.

Debit and credit card through secure online payment service. Debit and credit card over the phone payments. Direct bank deposits please include your name on the reference. Enter ‘BACS’ in coupon at checkout when paying by bacs to receive 2% off the order price. When making payments ensure that your details are correct and include any colour or quantity preferences and shipping price. Once payment has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation via your nominated email address. We will endeavour to make amends to orders where we can but as we aim to process and despatch all orders immediately some changes may be beyond our control. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We recommend you buy all your tiles in one go and allow an extra 11% for wastage & cuts as shades between batches can vary. Any items which have been packaged for dispatch we may not be able to alter. Cancellations cannot be made once an item has been booked for delivery.

Yes, We endeavour to keep our prices low, we will do our best to match or even beat genuine prices of a competitor. We will require one of the following : A copy of a Sales Catalogue or Printed quote (with suppliers name address and phone number) scanned and emailed or faxed. In the unfortunate situation of transit damage please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery to make a claim. Depending on the damaged item we can either repair or replace the item. Please take as many pictures as possible of the broken items and send these to us via email.

Wall tiles (field tiles) are not suitable for use on the floor, they are generally not thick enough and the glaze is different, and not suitable for the floor. However, a floor tile, being thicker and manufactured for use on a floor, are more than adequate for use on the wall.
